Rima was absolutely amazing! I had a hard time finding the right rug and she was so patient with me. She was willing to bring me plenty of samples and help me find my perfect rug! So grateful to have worked with her on this project and couldn't be happier with the final results!

Flooring and carpeting done. Love them both and everything was done in very timely and. Professional manner. Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Easy to talk to and friendly. In my experience he is a keeper for your company!

Love dealing with Smart Carpet. Had carpets installed in my living room, foyer, hallway, and steps last year and most recently in my basement. John N. came both times with samples and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the outcome of how great the carpets were installed. The guys who came to do the basement did a fantastic job. There was a lot of floor to deal with and furniture had to be moved from side to the other in order to install. They moved it with no hesitation. Kudos to Smart Carpet! I recommend them highly!

Because of their professionalism with salesmanship and the quality of service, I am engaging again with Smart Carpet. I loved the work they did two years ago, so I know this is the right decision for my next flooring project. And I asked for Louis Marra who was my sales representative the last time. I strongly recommend working with him. When a sales person pays attention to details, is very knowledgeable about the work, and truly cares about the customer addressing all of your questions, then that is a safe bet you will get a quality job done! From start with the sales rep Louis Marta, to finish, with the installers - very professional. Louis worked with me on getting the right flooring for my rooms to match up with existing floors. The look is seamless. The installers were experts. They worked diligently in making it right and looking beautiful. I’m very pleased with the final outcome. The Gen. Mgr. Adam Forbes also came by along with Louis on installation day to oversee how things were progressing. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and quality. This is my third install with Smart Carpet. I highly recommend them. You will be very pleased with their product, service, and quality.

Absolutely seamless experience. The rep showed up, was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through carpet selections. We chose, they setup a date and everything was installed before we knew what happened. Hands down a fantastic experience with a great finished product.

The Smart Carpet installers did a great job removing our old carpet and replacing it with new wood flooring.

My experience with Michele Cornell has been excellent. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Very patient answering my many questions. Her knowledge/experience with the company and the products they offer has been outstanding. If I had to grade her I would absolutely will give her a 100 without a doubt!

We recently purchased new flooring for our kitchen from Smart Carpet in Hamilton. Our salesperson Shayne was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one. He checked on us during the install to make sure everything went smoothly. We would go back to Smart Carpet Hamilton again for any other needs we have and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Smart Carpet did an excellent job in my new home. The carpet and flooring I had installed look amazing. The job was done well, happened quickly, and they were on time. Rima was excellent and appreciated that she followed up after the installation at my home to see if I was happy with the result.

Joe was very professional and presented a few different options to us during the initial appraisal. Once we decided, the new rugs were down within a week.The install went smooth. The crew was courteous and professional. Joe even called us after the install to see how things went. We’re very happy with our purchase! We had a great experience with Rima from SMART Carpet! She helped us find the perfect flooring to match our existing hardwood and was always quick to respond. When we ran into a subfloor issue, she helped us find a contractor and offered great alternatives when our insulation plans changed. Rima even followed up after installation and helped us figure out what to do with the extra boxes of flooring. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

When I first moved to my house about four years ago, I used Smart Carpet and Flooring. They did a great job ripping up and removing carpeting and putting down flooring. So when I decided to remove the carpeting in the hallway and on the stairs, I again called them and again I’m happy with the outcome. Chose Smart Carpet after reading lots of positive reviews. Our salesman Steve was excellent. He did all the measurements, helped decide on carpet/ showed us several different styles.
We did stairs, hallway and loft area. The installation was great, they were here 7 hours. Stairs were very time consuming. Clean up was outstanding. Very satisfying all around. Would highly recommend Smart Carpet.
