    Bob Dolan came to my home to measure my for installation as well as show me a range of carpet choices…I found him to be patient and knowledgeable:..he really took his time in helping to educate me about the different qualities without ever making me feel pressured…he was very helpful also in showing me to how to optimize placing seams in the least intrusive location while utilizing the least square footage…I would highly recommend Bob and I would use him again in the future…

    We just had 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs carpeted in our Bergen County home.Our experience with Smart Carpet was wonderful. The sales rep, Louie was professional, prompt and extremely efficient. He took a great deal of time to show us our options and explain the difference between each of them. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked non stop throughout the day. This included tearing up the old carpet and moving all the furniture which we had emptied previously. We are very pleased with the final product.     I highly recommend Smart Carpet and Flooring for your flooring needs. I got an engineered hard wood flooring done. They came multiple times and were extremely understanding and thorough. Agent Otto and Sales Manager Adam were excellent and very understanding and cooperative. I had a great experience with them. Otto stopped by 2 days and saw the installation process and made sure everything that is needed is there and I am happy with the installation process. Installer Ali and team were great too.
