Adam made the process of picking out our new laminate floors a breeze. He came with dozens of options to fit every budget and was very knowledgeable about the different grades of flooring. He got us exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. Within a couple weeks we had a crew out to lay the new floor. The crew was very professional and worked diligently, finishing the job way faster than we thought, without any sacrifice to quality. Consultant Jay Carter professionally coordinated a positive and successful outcome. A few minor issues were corrected with no challenge or argument, and the finished results met my expectations. And the total price was very competitive. I have no regrets opting for Smart Carpet & Flooring.

Smart Carpet has great prices, sales/service and installation. Their partnership with Costco is particularly wonderful as you get a rebate in the form of a Costco cash card. When I need carpet, I contact Shayne at Smart Carpet and I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend Smart Carpet.

Jay was great! Took his time to go over many options with us. He left samples so we could take our time and decide as a family what color carpe we wanted.. He was very helpful coordinating tile to the flooring that the tile transitioned to. Installers were great, very professional. Took the time to take apart furniture and carefully move things and put them back in place. We had two sets of stairs, three bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom completed in one day. Such an easy process. Jay has helped several family members of ours in the past and I knew we would have a great experience! He did not disappoint! I highly recommend Jay for all your flooring needs.

Smart Carpet salesman Andrew Egan was very accomodating, friendly, and made choosing my carpet very fast and easy. I love the quality. The installer (Samy) contacted me the day before and came on time. He did an excellent job. I am very pleased with Smart Carpet.

Just had carpeting installed in two rooms and my staircase at my home in Essex County, NJ. From the beginning of the experience to the end, Smart carpet really delivered. Louie was my sales guy and he walked us through our options at a price in our budget. The two guys that installed my carpet were polite, professional and really hard working. They moved my heavy furniture and the piano and put things back after they were done. Louie came to check on the day of the job. I am a repeat customer (9 years ago they did another carpet install for me). Also, prices are very fair, which is surprising since everything seems to cost more these days. Highly recommend Smart Carpet!

Bob D.has been so interested in helping me with my big decision on carpet for my upstairs. No only did he order me a bigger sample from the company so I could really imagine the right colors. I would text or call him for different questions I had.Additionally, we had a flood in the downstairs and on 9/2 and since I’m in limbo about the installation of the carpet until the remediation team downstairs is done. The installer’s work was amazing & admirable. They were fast, clean, quiet, friendly, professional, & resourceful. The carpet is a positive plus within itself. We love the work & satisfied with the SMART Carpet results.

We went through Costco for recarpeting the house and had someone from Smart Carpet and Flooring come by for estimates. Bob Dolan visited us and he was very helpful and very patient to answer all the questions we had. He showed us different samples with varied price ranges and walked us through the features of each one of them.

Smart Carpet InHome shopping was stress free, convenient and economical. Our carpet rep Bob, explained the process from measuring, carpet types to installation. I was able to get an at home appointment within a day and the entire experience was easy!

I love my new carpet! This is my third time working with Nicole and the Smart Carpet and Flooring team and they have gone above and beyond every time. Nicole helped me pick the color - she really had an awesome eye for what would match the existing flooring for seamless coordinating transitions.

Had a small issue with one of the planks and Smart Carpet handled perfectly. Replaced not only the affected planks, but all of the planks leading up to it, so that the connections wouldn’t cause future issues due to disconnecting and reconnecting, without me even asking. They came on time, communicated clearly and were professional. We’ve used them for all of our floors and recommend them highly.

Smart Carpet was great from the moment Michelle walked in for a consultation. As they say people buy from people. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten someone to do the job cheaper. But at the end of day, what mattered was the consultative process, the ability to listen to what the customer wants and help them in the decision that really stood apart. Michelle spent a good 2 hours with us identifying our needs, consulting with her expert installers on the phone making sure we're making the right choices for the landscape. Of course the Costco partnership was a significant factor but it's the personal attention that really made it easier for us to go with Smart Carpet. My wife & I are easily confused when loads of options are presented and we made that clear upfront. Michelle really took all of that into consideration and made it really easy for us. The installers worked their charm over 2 days and the end result was fantastic. Thank you!

Smart Carpet did an excellent job installing Revwood laminate flooring. They installed roughly 700 sq ft of flooring in approximately 1/2 day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and the flooring looked great.

Matt and his team were very professional. They are about 5 hours, cleaned up as they went and got everything done in one day. Will definitely use them for future use.

Smart Carpet was contracted to install floor tile in one of our classrooms. The price was right, the estimator and installers were on time, professional, and courteous. I have used them in the past at our school and I also used them in my home. Fully satisfied each time.
