Fast and easy, Joe was great to work with and installed sooner than expected.

Great experience overall, starting with the contract signing with Ryan Ogorzalek. The company then easily accommodated our multiple rescheduling. The installation crew did a great job. No scratches on our freshly painted wall and only a couple of minor ones on the baseboard. I appreciates the general manager Adam stopping by midday to check how everything was going. Will use Smart Carpet again!

I used smart carpets and flooring to change flooring for 2 bedrooms. They are highly professional and know what they are doing.Otto Kerler provided excellent recommendation and in budget estimate for the flooring.They are also very quick to coordinate the installation.Overall I always had positive experience with Smart Carpets and Floorings.

Our experience with Louie and Sam was excellent! Smart Carpet replaced the carpet on 2 vintage staircases in our 1830s house, which was challenging. Louie was meticulous with the measurements, and very patient with helping us make the best choice. Sam was very efficient and careful with the installation, and kept us posted every step of the way. I have purchased carpet from Smart Carpet several times now and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! The salespeople, and I have had a couple over the years are very knowledgeable and no pressure. Give them a try before you purchase elsewhere.

New bathroom floor installed. Onsite visit to select floor was easy and quick. Time secure materials was under 2 weeks. Actual total install time was under 2 hours. Clean and efficient and the floor looks great.

Louie was patient, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy. He really wanted us to be happy with our choice. Day of installation he came by to see if we were satisfied. Top notch customer service!Sam, the installer, was excellent! He did a beautiful job!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and prices at Smart Carpet and Flooring. In my last home they carpeted my entire home, upstairs and downstairs. Most recently I was looking for an area rug for my family room. I looked in several places and when I found what I liked, I priced it and once again Smart Carpet delivered Adam Forbes has been my sales person. He is outstanding. He went above and beyond for me to be sure I was fully satisfied with product and price. My most recent purchase, the area rug in the photo below, he personally delivered and installed for me. This is clearly a company for whom the customer matters. While I rely on these reviews when making my purchases. I rarely do them myself but here I feel compelled to support Smart Carpet and Flooring. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!
