I was very pleased with the sales end and installation. Andrew helped me pick out the carpet that was right for me and gave me a great price! On the day of installation they were very punctual and did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. BRAVO!!

Had my carpet put in about 6 months ago and didn’t see to be installed correctly on the stairs. It was coming off in the corners and fapping in the middle . I called smart carpet and they sent a gentlemen over by the name of Samy. He looked at the work and said this was not put in correctly we need to fix this. After speaking with smart carpet again , they offered to take the carpet off the stairs and redo the stairs again for me. Samy came to re do the stairs and it looks amazing . I am so pleased with the customer satisfaction and the quality of service I received from the sales team and the installer . Would definitely recommend and use again if I need floors or carpet installed .

I am so pleased I used SMART Carpet to install new carpeting in my home. I worked with Nicole Bonner, who was the absolute best and so knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The installation team that arrived a few days later to install the carpet was meticulous with their work and the carpet came out perfect. Louie followed up with us every step of the way including after the carpet installation to make sure that we had no issues even days after the installation. Hired Smart Carpet to install new carpeting in the common areas of one of the buildings in our condo association. Couldn’t be happier with the results. These folks wet incredibly easy to work with. Within a week or so after accepting the proposal, the installers were there. Incredibly hard workers. I was concerned about damage to the somewhat newly painted walls and baseboards, but this was not an issue. I would like to mention too that the salesman, Adam, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company! One last thing, the proposal could not be beat by another carpet company.

Worked with SmartCarpet as they are the authorized dealers who work with Costco. My estimate was done by John who was great. He reviewed all the options and was professional and through. I did have some issues during my installation but was contacted by SmartCarpet once I gave the feedback. We discussed some areas of improvement and Jude reviewed the process and offered solutions along w/ a direct number for further communication.
