Fast and easy, Joe was great to work with and installed sooner than expected.

Great experience overall, starting with the contract signing with Ryan Ogorzalek. The company then easily accommodated our multiple rescheduling. The installation crew did a great job. No scratches on our freshly painted wall and only a couple of minor ones on the baseboard. I appreciates the general manager Adam stopping by midday to check how everything was going. Will use Smart Carpet again!

They are highly professional and know what they are doing.Otto Kerler provided excellent recommendation and in budget estimate for the flooring.They are also very quick to coordinate the installation.Overall I always had positive experience with Smart Carpets and Floorings.

Our experience with Louie and Sam was excellent! Smart Carpet replaced the carpet on 2 vintage staircases in our 1830s house, which was challenging. Louie was meticulous with the measurements, and very patient with helping us make the best choice. Sam was very efficient and careful with the installation, and kept us posted every step of the way. I have purchased carpet from Smart Carpet several times now and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! The salespeople, and I have had a couple over the years are very knowledgeable and no pressure. Give them a try before you purchase elsewhere.

New bathroom floor installed. Onsite visit to select floor was easy and quick. Time secure materials was under 2 weeks. Actual total install time was under 2 hours. Clean and efficient and the floor looks great.

Louie was patient, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy. He really wanted us to be happy with our choice. Day of installation he came by to see if we were satisfied. Top notch customer service!Sam, the installer, was excellent! He did a beautiful job!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and prices at Smart Carpet and Flooring. In my last home they carpeted my entire home, upstairs and downstairs. Most recently I was looking for an area rug for my family room. I looked in several places and when I found what I liked, I priced it and once again Smart Carpet delivered Adam Forbes has been my sales person. He is outstanding. He went above and beyond for me to be sure I was fully satisfied with product and price. My most recent purchase, the area rug in the photo below, he personally delivered and installed for me. This is clearly a company for whom the customer matters. While I rely on these reviews when making my purchases. Consultant Jay Carter professionally coordinated a positive and successful outcome. A few minor issues were corrected with no challenge or argument, and the finished results met my expectations. And the total price was very competitive. I have no regrets opting for Smart Carpet & Flooring.

Smart Carpet has great prices, sales/service and installation. Their partnership with Costco is particularly wonderful as you get a rebate in the form of a Costco cash card. When I need carpet, I contact Shayne at Smart Carpet and I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend Smart Carpet.

Jay was great! Took his time to go over many options with us. He left samples so we could take our time and decide as a family what color carpe we wanted.. He was very helpful coordinating tile to the flooring that the tile transitioned to. Installers were great, very professional. Took the time to take apart furniture and carefully move things and put them back in place. We had two sets of stairs, three bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom completed in one day. Such an easy process. Jay has helped several family members of ours in the past and I knew we would have a great experience! He did not disappoint! I highly recommend Jay for all your flooring needs.

Just had carpeting installed in two rooms and my staircase at my home in Essex County, NJ. From the beginning of the experience to the end, Smart carpet really delivered. Louie was my sales guy and he walked us through our options at a price in our budget. The two guys that installed my carpet were polite, professional and really hard working. They moved my heavy furniture and the piano and put things back after they were done. Louie came to check on the day of the job. I am a repeat customer (9 years ago they did another carpet install for me). Also, prices are very fair, which is surprising since everything seems to cost more these days. Highly recommend Smart Carpet!

Bob D.has been so interested in helping me with my big decision on carpet for my upstairs. No only did he order me a bigger sample from the company so I could really imagine the right colors. I would text or call him for different questions I had.Additionally, we had a flood in the downstairs and on 9/2 and since I’m in limbo about the installation of the carpet until the remediation team downstairs is done.
