Position Summary & Responsibility
SMART Carpet & Flooring is looking for top in-home sales professionals to join our sales team covering New Jersey and surrounding areas. Required Skills
Minimum of 1 years sales experience within the home improvement category. | Strong interpersonal skills | Must be able to work self directed and possess time management and organizational skills. | Dedication to customer service A MUST! | A professional appearance and demeanor is desired. | Some computer skills necessary. | License background check necessary. | Willingness and ability to manage & promote your own business as well as close assigned sales calls.
Position Details
Sales and/or flooring experience helpful but not mandatory. | We will train the right candidate if you measure up. | Our 4 to 6 week training program combined with our legendary customer service and mill direct pricing often leads to closing ratios of up to 70%. | Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a math skills test. | Employment opportunities require availability for appointments scheduled day, evenings and weekends.
