Thank god for Smart Carpet and Andre! We had a disaster with the first contractor we hired and they came in and redid the job to perfection. They were organized, knowledgeable, and Andrew still checks in on us to make sure we’re happy with the work. So thankful for them!! And thank you Andrew !!!!

Amazing customer service ! Louie helped me pick out the carpet and brought great samples and listened to me and was knowledgeable friendly and funny and patient in helping me select a carpet . The whole service was super quick and Sammy, who did installation was early and did such a clean and quick job, I was very impressed and love the results and the price was very reasonable . Please go with this company they are honest fair and have a lot to offer.

We are very pleased with the shop at home service offered by Smart Carpet. The carpet is an excellent quality and offers a luxurious look to our staircase. I would recommend our salesperson Louie and Sammy who did a great job installing the carpet.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with Smart Carpet’s installation of a carpet runner on our staircase. Louie did a great job explaining the available options and helping us make a final decision.
Per our request, they were able to get the carpet installed before Thanksgiving and it looks amazing!

Smart Carpet was an excellent company to deal with. The sales rep Michele came to our house with displays to initiate our order. She spent lots of time with us to make sure we were happy with our selections.
The order was placed, delivered without a hitch. The three young installers came and did such an excellent job. They worked very hard to make the installation perfect. We were home at the time and they just worked around up without a hitch. I posted after pics on Facebook and recommended to all my friend. I called the manager to let him know about the excellent job of all those incvoved.

Louie did a great job helping my parents find the right carpet for our family room. He and his team were not pushy, did a clean job taking out the old carpet and replacing it with the new one. He came back to check and make sure the work was perfect. The workers were super kind and very fast and clean.

Customer service was excellent to deal with. Extremely flexible and accommodating with delivery and install dates. Installers did an excellent job. Came on time and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

Highly recommend! The whole process was an actual joy. Having gotten estimates from 3 other companies prior, coming across smart carpet was a huge relief. Michele came to my house with samples and to give an estimate she was super kind courteous easy to talk to, knows her stuff and even gave design advice. The installers were fast friendly and cleaned up so well- minimal dust I was impressed. Adam the sales rep stopped by during installation to personally ask if I have any questions. Great team kind and smart people. 100/10 recommend!

Rima was absolutely amazing! I had a hard time finding the right rug and she was so patient with me. She was willing to bring me plenty of samples and help me find my perfect rug! So grateful to have worked with her on this project and couldn't be happier with the final results!

Love dealing with Smart Carpet. Had carpets installed in my living room, foyer, hallway, and steps last year and most recently in my basement. John N. came both times with samples and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the outcome of how great the carpets were installed. The guys who came to do the basement did a fantastic job. There was a lot of floor to deal with and furniture had to be moved from side to the other in order to install. They moved it with no hesitation. Kudos to Smart Carpet! I recommend them highly!

Because of their professionalism with salesmanship and the quality of service, I am engaging again with Smart Carpet. I loved the work they did two years ago, so I know this is the right decision for my next flooring project. And I asked for Louis Marra who was my sales representative the last time. I strongly recommend working with him. When a sales person pays attention to details, is very knowledgeable about the work, and truly cares about the customer addressing all of your questions, then that is a safe bet you will get a quality job done! From start with the sales rep Louis Marta, to finish, with the installers - very professional. Louis worked with me on getting the right flooring for my rooms to match up with existing floors. The look is seamless. The installers were experts. They worked diligently in making it right and looking beautiful. I’m very pleased with the final outcome. The Gen. Mgr. Adam Forbes also came by along with Louis on installation day to oversee how things were progressing. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and quality. This is my third install with Smart Carpet. I highly recommend them. You will be very pleased with their product, service, and quality.
