Everything went perfectly. Shayne did a great job on the sales end and the installers were experts in their trade. The rooms had some heavy furniture, and they handled it easily without complaints. I’d definitely use Smart Carpet again.

I just bought a home in the Hamilton NJ area and needed hardwood floors installed in addition to refinishing some other areas of the house. Shayne Heslin, my primary contact throughout this whole process was great. Shayne was very informative and easy to communicate with, he also made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. My fiancée and I are very happy with the end results, they did a great job.

This company goes above and beyond your average floor installers. Not only is their pricing the best ( out of 3 other estimates) but they give you personalized service and really care about their customers. I have had a lot of work done in my homes over the years and never had a company that gave such complete care about the project like this one. Monts Carpet Tile and Flooring the best!!

When the flooring was installed, everything was taken care of, and all 3 rooms were completed in one day When I found one small problem, the team immediately returned and corrected it. I am so pleased with my new floor!

Amazing customer service ! Louie helped me pick out the carpet and brought great samples and listened to me and was knowledgeable friendly and funny and patient in helping me select a carpet . The whole service was super quick and Sammy, who did installation was early and did such a clean and quick job, I was very impressed and love the results and the price was very reasonable . Please go with this company they are honest fair and have a lot to offer.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with Smart Carpet’s installation of a carpet runner on our staircase. Louie did a great job explaining the available options and helping us make a final decision.
Per our request, they were able to get the carpet installed before Thanksgiving and it looks amazing!

Smart Carpet was an excellent company to deal with. The sales rep Michele came to our house with displays to initiate our order. She spent lots of time with us to make sure we were happy with our selections.
The order was placed, delivered without a hitch. The three young installers came and did such an excellent job. They worked very hard to make the installation perfect. We were home at the time and they just worked around up without a hitch. I posted after pics on Facebook and recommended to all my friend. I called the manager to let him know about the excellent job of all those incvoved.

Louie did a great job helping my parents find the right carpet for our family room. He and his team were not pushy, did a clean job taking out the old carpet and replacing it with the new one. He came back to check and make sure the work was perfect. The workers were super kind and very fast and clean.
