He explained everything to me and gave me his cell number in case I had any questions.     Louie was our Smart Carpet sales representative for our home in Somerset County. Louie was extremely helpful in helping us decide on the best option for our carpet needs. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products that were offered and explained everything in great detail and made great recommendations. Louie went the extra mile in contacting the warehouses to ensure that the selection that we made was available and could be installed in a timely manner. The installation team that arrived a few days later to install the carpet was meticulous with their work and the carpet came out perfect. Louie followed up with us every step of the way including after the carpet installation to make sure that we had no issues even days after the installation.     Hired Smart Carpet to install new carpeting in the common areas of one of the buildings in our condo association. Couldn’t be happier with the results. These folks wet incredibly easy to work with. Within a week or so after accepting the proposal, the installers were there. Incredibly hard workers. I was concerned about damage to the somewhat newly painted walls and baseboards, but this was not an issue. I would like to mention too that the salesman, Adam, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company! One last thing, the proposal could not be beat by another carpet company.

    Five years ago Smart Carpet put down an engineered floor throughout my new condo, five rooms. It became apparent that the flooring was not holding up well. Smart carpet addressed the issue by replacing parts of the floor. But addition issues kept cropping up. I spoke with John N, my sales rep, who came and examined the floor. He came up with a plan to replace the flooring in my entire condo after five years of use!! He replaced it with a totally new flooring that eliminated all the pitfalls that were associated with the previous product. It has now been six months since my new floor was put down. There are absolutely no issues. The installation is fabulous. I waited this long to write the review so I could see if issues developed. There are none. I couldn’t be happier. The only cost to me was the difference in the cost of the original flooring to the new flooring, minor indeed. The bottom line is that Smart Carpet stands behind their products and their installers. They value their customers!!
