    Great experience overall, starting with the contract signing with Ryan Ogorzalek. The company then easily accommodated our multiple rescheduling. The installation crew did a great job.     Our experience with Louie and Sam was excellent! Smart Carpet replaced the carpet on 2 vintage staircases in our 1830s house, which was challenging.     Jay was great! Took his time to go over many options with us. He left samples so we could take our time and decide as a family what color carpe we wanted.. He was very helpful coordinating tile to the flooring that the tile transitioned to. Installers were great, very professional. Took the time to take apart furniture and carefully move things and put them back in place. We had two sets of stairs, three bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom completed in one day.
