We want to personally that Jay who was knowledgeable and patient with us. He presented great options and products to achieve our desired outcome. Matt was awesome with setting up the installation for my kitchen floor. The carpenter was on time and completed my kitchen floor in a timely fashion. I'm loving on my kitchen again. I have used Smart carpet before 3 years ago, Smart carpet did an awesome job installing my hardwood flooring in my living room and dining room. I also had carpet put in my bedroom hallway and steps. We contacted Costco carpeting to check out carpeting options for our entire home, and Smart Carpet and Flooring reached out to us. They responded immediately and put us in touch with Louis. He came by with the carpet samples and armed with his thorough professional knowledge helped me to narrow my selection.After that, he immediately got involved hands on and was able to get us dates, within a couple of weeks despite our date restrictions and the installation date depending on availability and shipment.The team arrived and got to work very swiftly and efficiently. Despite the large job involving removal of old carpet in the entire house and moving large furnitures and working around that, in about 2 days they complete the entire house and even moved most of the items back. Louis was in touch with us before, during and after the installation and went the extra mile to insure we have minimal disruption. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I was very pleased with the sales end and installation. Andrew helped me pick out the carpet that was right for me and gave me a great price! On the day of installation they were very punctual and did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. BRAVO!!

Had my carpet put in about 6 months ago and didn’t see to be installed correctly on the stairs. It was coming off in the corners and fapping in the middle . I called smart carpet and they sent a gentlemen over by the name of Samy. He looked at the work and said this was not put in correctly we need to fix this. After speaking with smart carpet again , they offered to take the carpet off the stairs and redo the stairs again for me. Samy came to re do the stairs and it looks amazing . I am so pleased with the customer satisfaction and the quality of service I received from the sales team and the installer . Would definitely recommend and use again if I need floors or carpet installed .

I had a good experience with Smart Carpet. Salesman/Estimator Louie was very friendly, polite and respectful. He explained everything to me and gave me his cell number in case I had any questions. Then he stopped by to see how the job was going during the install.The installers were very nice and did a great job on my kitchen floor putting down a luan base and vinyl sheet flooring.I am very happy with the end result.

Smart Carpet did a great job for us in Galloway Township.Our sales representative, Joe Orlando, helped us pick the right flooring product, and the installation process included moving the heavy furniture and hauling off the old flooring, all at a competitive price.We are a repeat customer since 2005, wow, 20 years ago!

I am so pleased I used SMART Carpet to install new carpeting in my home. I worked with Nicole Bonner, who was the absolute best and so knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The installers were fabulous - very professional, and did a flawless job installing the carpeting. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a fairly big job in a single day. Louie went the extra mile in contacting the warehouses to ensure that the selection that we made was available and could be installed in a timely manner. The installation team that arrived a few days later to install the carpet was meticulous with their work and the carpet came out perfect. Louie followed up with us every step of the way including after the carpet installation to make sure that we had no issues even days after the installation.
