I live in Bergen County & had my loft done by Smart Carpet. They offer a free estimate. The salesman, Louie, was top notch and spent over an hour with me going through selections at different prices. He followed up each step of the way. The installers were in and out and did a flawless job. Highly recommend and reasonably price.

We worked with Louie who helped up pick the perfect carpet for our stairs. Even though it was small job, he took time to go over options and show us different carpets in the convenience of our home. I am very happy with our Carpet and gym rubber mat flooring. Louie is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for what would look good in the space. He's patient as well. The installation process was very good too. We will definitely use Smart Carpet in the future. We are in union county.

Ryan Ogorzalek Costco Flooring was excellent did exact measurements when ran into one problem came out and explained to the workers that floors need to be leveled the Workers who installed the floors they were very kind they good morning every time they came in. Followed instructions very well.

We are thrilled with our new Coretec flooring, Duxbury Oak! Otto, was amazing to work with and help pick the correct color, the floor installers were on time and excellent at what they do. Couldn’t be happier!

I highly recommend Smart Carpet and Flooring for your flooring needs. I got an engineered hard wood flooring done. They came multiple times and were extremely understanding and thorough. Agent Otto and Sales Manager Adam were excellent and very understanding and cooperative. I had a great experience with them. Otto stopped by 2 days and saw the installation process and made sure everything that is needed is there and I am happy with the installation process. Installer Ali and team were great too. You cannot go wrong with Smart Carpet and Flooring.

I am so pleased with Costco and Smart Carpet with my new wall to wall carpeting. Ryan, salesman was so helpful and professional. The installers were efficient and knew what they were doing. For a small fee they moved all my large furniture and were especially careful with it. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was debating if I should replace my carpet because I didn’t think it was that bad. I called a few places and Smart Carpet gave me the best price for top carpet and padding. The installers came in and they were very professional and moved my king size bed and heavy furniture and put everything back exactly where it was. I was so impressed with not only how beautiful it looked and the color was exactly what I wanted but when I stepped on the new carpet I realized that yes I did need to change my old carpet because I could feel the difference. The padding and comfort is amazing! Everyday I step out of my bed I say Best Decision Ever! You can see the before and after on the stairs and the picture doesn’t do it justice!

Had the pleasure of working with Bob to get an estimate for about 500sqft of lvt/lvp and process went smooth with acceptable cost. They did a great job installing and it looks so nice was considering more work in future. Thanks all.

Fast and easy, Joe was great to work with and installed sooner than expected.

Great experience overall, starting with the contract signing with Ryan Ogorzalek. The company then easily accommodated our multiple rescheduling. The installation crew did a great job. No scratches on our freshly painted wall and only a couple of minor ones on the baseboard. I appreciates the general manager Adam stopping by midday to check how everything was going. Will use Smart Carpet again!

Our experience with Louie and Sam was excellent! Smart Carpet replaced the carpet on 2 vintage staircases in our 1830s house, which was challenging. Louie was meticulous with the measurements, and very patient with helping us make the best choice. Sam was very efficient and careful with the installation, and kept us posted every step of the way. New bathroom floor installed. Onsite visit to select floor was easy and quick. Time secure materials was under 2 weeks. Actual total install time was under 2 hours. Clean and efficient and the floor looks great.
