I am so pleased I used SMART Carpet to install new carpeting in my home. I worked with Nicole Bonner, who was the absolute best and so knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The installers were fabulous - very professional, and did a flawless job installing the carpeting. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a fairly big job in a single day. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products that were offered and explained everything in great detail and made great recommendations. Louie went the extra mile in contacting the warehouses to ensure that the selection that we made was available and could be installed in a timely manner. The installation team that arrived a few days later to install the carpet was meticulous with their work and the carpet came out perfect. Louie followed up with us every step of the way including after the carpet installation to make sure that we had no issues even days after the installation. We will be contacting Louie in the near future for our additional carpet needs and we highly recommend using Smart Carpet for your carpet needs.

He coordinated the whole process and today we got the carpet installed, which was done on time and met our expectations.Overall, we were very happy with the entire process (service, pricing) and would recommend their services to anyone looking for carpeting services.

Jim was an excellent salesman. He explained the different carpets and padding. The installers were efficient and got the carpets down in no time. Jim came the day of installation to check and make sure I was happy.

Hired Smart Carpet to install new carpeting in the common areas of one of the buildings in our condo association. Couldn’t be happier with the results. These folks wet incredibly easy to work with. Within a week or so after accepting the proposal, the installers were there. Incredibly hard workers. I was concerned about damage to the somewhat newly painted walls and baseboards, but this was not an issue. I would like to mention too that the salesman, Adam, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company! One last thing, the proposal could not be beat by another carpet company.

Worked with SmartCarpet as they are the authorized dealers who work with Costco. My estimate was done by John who was great. He reviewed all the options and was professional and through. I did have some issues during my installation but was contacted by SmartCarpet once I gave the feedback. We discussed some areas of improvement and Jude reviewed the process and offered solutions along w/ a direct number for further communication.

Five years ago Smart Carpet put down an engineered floor throughout my new condo, five rooms. It became apparent that the flooring was not holding up well. Smart carpet addressed the issue by replacing parts of the floor. But addition issues kept cropping up. I spoke with John N, my sales rep, who came and examined the floor. He came up with a plan to replace the flooring in my entire condo after five years of use!! He replaced it with a totally new flooring that eliminated all the pitfalls that were associated with the previous product. It has now been six months since my new floor was put down. There are absolutely no issues. The installation is fabulous. I waited this long to write the review so I could see if issues developed. There are none. I couldn’t be happier. The only cost to me was the difference in the cost of the original flooring to the new flooring, minor indeed. The bottom line is that Smart Carpet stands behind their products and their installers. They value their customers!!
