From walking in and receiving help in choosing my flooring ( Brenden) to measuring ( Jim) and installing ( Victor) this made my day!! Old carpet out and new engineered oak planking in !! I’m in love!!! Thank you isn’t enough for the great service I received dealing from Smart Carpet ! If I could get down I’d roll all over ! It will be a breeze to keep clean. A very satisfied customer.Also had a super experience with carpet installation in bedroom .. and rounding out the experience was window treatments ( Hunter Douglas) !! The highlight. The installers did a fabulous job. They were very neat and cleaned up all of the mess. They lined up the seams to match our hallway perfectly .

From start to finish the process was so easy. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He brought us a ton of samples to choose from. The carpet came in quicker than we expected and it was installed all in one day! This was the 3rd time we used Smart carpet and it won’t be the last.

I am so pleased with my installation crew from Smart Carpet! Johnathan and his team were professional, neat, prompt and precise. We had a flood situation and there was furniture everywhere! They walked into a total mess - but when they left - our home looked beautiful! They were meticulous with their installation and made sure that moulding was perfect. They also needed to install linoleum and it came out beautiful! I would highly recommend working with the team and Smart Carpet!

Our salesman Ryan was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase. The communication for the installation was excellent and most importantly, the installer was very skilled. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Our sales agent, Ryan worked with us to match the color of our existing carpet so we could recarpet our stairs. He helped us pick the right carpet to hold up to the wear and tear. The installation was great, on time and very fast. They cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the whole experience. We will be using smart carpet again in the future!

He was showed us great options. We had an early due date and he came through. The installation went smoothly and they were professional and did great on the seams. Very happy customer!

Matt was awesome with setting up the installation for my kitchen floor. The carpenter was on time and completed my kitchen floor in a timely fashion. I'm loving on my kitchen again. I have used Smart carpet before 3 years ago, Smart carpet did an awesome job installing my hardwood flooring in my living room and dining room. I also had carpet put in my bedroom hallway and steps. We contacted Costco carpeting to check out carpeting options for our entire home, and Smart Carpet and Flooring reached out to us. They responded immediately and put us in touch with Louis. He came by with the carpet samples and armed with his thorough professional knowledge helped me to narrow my selection.After that, he immediately got involved hands on and was able to get us dates, within a couple of weeks despite our date restrictions and the installation date depending on availability and shipment.The team arrived and got to work very swiftly and efficiently. Despite the large job involving removal of old carpet in the entire house and moving large furnitures and working around that, in about 2 days they complete the entire house and even moved most of the items back. Louis was in touch with us before, during and after the installation and went the extra mile to insure we have minimal disruption. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Had my carpet put in about 6 months ago and didn’t see to be installed correctly on the stairs. It was coming off in the corners and fapping in the middle . I called smart carpet and they sent a gentlemen over by the name of Samy. He looked at the work and said this was not put in correctly we need to fix this. After speaking with smart carpet again , they offered to take the carpet off the stairs and redo the stairs again for me. Samy came to re do the stairs and it looks amazing . I am so pleased with the customer satisfaction and the quality of service I received from the sales team and the installer . Would definitely recommend and use again if I need floors or carpet installed .

I had a good experience with Smart Carpet. Salesman/Estimator Louie was very friendly, polite and respectful. He explained everything to me and gave me his cell number in case I had any questions. Then he stopped by to see how the job was going during the install.The installers were very nice and did a great job on my kitchen floor putting down a luan base and vinyl sheet flooring.I am very happy with the end result.
