    Some products take longer than others. Many are in stock locally and some are not. Tell your SMART representative when you want your project completed and we will recommend the best options for you.

    We do! We accommodate moving normal furniture for free!   There is a nominal fee for heavier items like pool tables, pianos, and appliances.

    Our Company is open 7 days a week and  our installation department operates Monday-Saturday.

I did have some issues during my installation but was contacted by SmartCarpet once I gave the feedback.     Five years ago Smart Carpet put down an engineered floor throughout my new condo, five rooms. It became apparent that the flooring was not holding up well. Smart carpet addressed the issue by replacing parts of the floor. But addition issues kept cropping up. I spoke with John N, my sales rep, who came and examined the floor. He came up with a plan to replace the flooring in my entire condo after five years of use!! He replaced it with a totally new flooring that eliminated all the pitfalls that were associated with the previous product. It has now been six months since my new floor was put down. There are absolutely no issues. The installation is fabulous. I waited this long to write the review so I could see if issues developed. There are none. I couldn’t be happier. The only cost to me was the difference in the cost of the original flooring to the new flooring, minor indeed. The bottom line is that Smart Carpet stands behind their products and their installers. They value their customers!!

    Bob Dolan came to my home to measure my for installation as well as show me a range of carpet choices…I found him to be patient and knowledgeable:..he really took his time in helping to educate me about the different qualities without ever making me feel pressured…he was very helpful also in showing me to how to optimize placing seams in the least intrusive location while utilizing the least square footage…I would highly recommend Bob and I would use him again in the future…

    We just had 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs carpeted in our Bergen County home.Our experience with Smart Carpet was wonderful. The sales rep, Louie was professional, prompt and extremely efficient. He took a great deal of time to show us our options and explain the difference between each of them. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked non stop throughout the day. This included tearing up the old carpet and moving all the furniture which we had emptied previously. We are very pleased with the final product.
