Hello everyone, about 20 years ago I hired smart carpet to install new sorona white carpets in my bed room suite hall way and stairs i was happy with the workmanship and carpet and I was told that it is a lifetime guarantee for the installation, a few years ago I noticed that the carpet needs to be stretched and decided to call them for the free repairs and stretching. The answering service was professional and they found me in the system right away, they made me appointment right away. Showed up on time and repair and stretched my carpet. My carpet looks great again and I want to thank smart carpet for a great service again. I did recommend them before and do it again, thanks

I just moved into my home and knew i needed to rip out the existing grimy smelly flooring and carpet I called Smart Carpet becaise I like the idea of shopping from home. I was pleasantly suprised to see a woman sales associate when I answered my door.It may not be a big deal to some but as an older woman living alone this was a big deal to me. Her name was Rima and she was great. There was no hard sales pitch at all. She had extensive knowledge on the flooring she showed me. I wasnt entirely sure of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I did know that when I saw it, I would know. After some sample boards came in and out of the house, there it was..the flooring I had to have. It is gorgous. Rima was very personable and kind as well as professional She also offered to get me a sample piece to put in my purse while i shop for paint and some furniture. The all around experience was very pleasant. Rima was always available to me during the process if I had any queations. Also a shout out to the install guys who did a beaitiful job, even though on the last day my AC broke and they had to work in the awful heat. Their work was perfect and they left NO MESS. Oh and they also installed this beautiful 5 inch base molding that is stunning to say the least. The general manager stopped by during install and was very pleasant as well. Dealing with smart carpet was an all around easy, non stressful experience. I will definately use them again when I start remodeling other rooms. So if you need new flooring or carpet, Rima is your go to sales associate.

Called to schedule an appointment to order carpet on a Monday morning. The area district manager,Shayne, said he could be available at 4pm that afternoon. We ordered carpet that afternoon and it was installed on Thursday that week. This is the 4th time we have used Smart Carpet and would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Shayne was super friendly and knowledgable and helped us pick out a great carpet that fit our needs and budget. On the install Sam was awesome! He was very nice and down to earth and also all business. When he arrived he took a look at the bedroom and went to work. He is probably the best carpet installer we’ve had over the last 25 years. He was very kind and the best part is he knows his material. He took his time and brought in a large selection of material to review. Once we had an idea he was able to price out exactly what we needed. The price was right and we purchased the carpet we wanted. The turn around time was fast and the installers were one time , clean and professional . In fact Louie passed by a few hours later to inspect the job they had done. We were very satisfied with the carpet installation in our class rooms, offices and hallway area. Representative Jay Carter was very courteous, prompt and efficient. He, also, returned to the church after the job’s completion to check to see if everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Installers were clean and professional throughout the process and work was done in a timely manner. We love our carpet!

I had a wonderful experience with Ruth Kennedy and Smart Carpet. I contacted them through Costco so I got the extra bonus of a 10% of the cost shopping card.

Ruth came to my house and measured all the rooms and laid out exactly how the carpet would be installed with the least amount of waste and as few seems as possible.

She then showed us a variety of Shaw carpet samples and explained the differences in the length of the piles.

After making our decision on the carpet, Ruth filled out all the paperwork and said it might be about three weeks before they could install it which was ok with us. A couple of days later I got a call from the installers saying they could come the next week which was great news!

The installers came around 8:30 and left at 5:00. They did an excellent job with the installation and took away all the old carpet and padding. The new carpet looks and feels great. Using Smart Carpet was a great choice for us. They transformed our house in one day and couldn’t be happier about the service.
