Highly recommend! The whole process was an actual joy. Having gotten estimates from 3 other companies prior, coming across smart carpet was a huge relief. Michele came to my house with samples and to give an estimate she was super kind courteous easy to talk to, knows her stuff and even gave design advice. The guys who came to do the basement did a fantastic job. There was a lot of floor to deal with and furniture had to be moved from side to the other in order to install. The look is seamless. The installers were experts. They worked diligently in making it right and looking beautiful. I’m very pleased with the final outcome. The Gen. Mgr. Adam Forbes also came by along with Louis on installation day to oversee how things were progressing. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and quality.
