Chose Smart Carpet after reading lots of positive reviews. Our salesman Steve was excellent. He did all the measurements, helped decide on carpet/ showed us several different styles.
We did stairs, hallway and loft area. The installation was great, they were here 7 hours. Stairs were very time consuming. Clean up was outstanding. Very satisfying all around. Would highly recommend Smart Carpet.

Not only does it look amazing but they cleaned up the space after and were kind to my little ones when they wanted to watch. Michele Cornell my sales person was fantastic. She measured the areas including closets which i forgot about for luxury vinyl flooring and showed me various choices that would match with my kitchen cabinets and blend with the hallway. My sales rep Bill Hicks was stellar—patient and genuinely nice in dealing with this indecisive mom. Although it took me a while to decide on a color, it ended up being the very first one Bill recommended to me! I chose CoreTec as it is 100% waterproof and best option for household with kids and an older dog. The wide-plank looks great in our large open concept area. The installation teams were both wonderful—pleasant, smoothly efficient and cleaned up as they worked, which I appreciated. I had an upcoming visitor deadline and they were able to get my job scheduled and completed very quickly too. A top-notch company to work with from beginning to end.

I was very pleased with Smart carpet. My salesman Louie was exceptional. He called to let me know the exact time that he would be at my house. We discussed my options and he showed me many samples explaining the quality of each sample. It was an easy and convenient way to shop. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Louie got right to work measuring rooms and deciding how the carpet would be placed so I wasn’t paying for extra unused carpet. I was contacted by the office to schedule my installation. Everyone I spoke with answered my questions and were very professional. My installer was Johnathan who, with his one worker, was very quick and also very respectful and professional. They were very careful moving my furniture and putting everything back as I asked. They cleaned up as they went along not leaving anything in my yard. They had a great system.
I was very pleased with the quality of carpet I was shown and the price was very reasonable. The lifetime warranty is a great plus to have.
